The scene combines European comic art, mid-century science fiction and 1960s French cinematic style in a single character-driven illustration.
The artwork uses clean linework, bold colour and a deliberately theatrical composition to create a small visual story somewhere between classic bande dessinée and Atomic Age futurism.
